Omer S. Bader brings over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is the founder of Bader’s Financial Inc. and Secured Lending Group, a private equity-based funding and consulting firm specializing in real estate investing. Under his leadership, Bader’s Financial has originated, processed, and closed more than 1,000 residential and commercial mortgage transactions.
In addition to his lending expertise, Omer founded the Miami Real Estate Investors Association (MiaREIA) to provide ongoing education and networking opportunities for real estate professionals. MiaREIA has hosted seminars featuring renowned speakers from around the globe, focusing on every aspect of real estate—including contracts, rehabs, sales strategies, and financing techniques. Now with more than three decades of influence, MiaREIA remains a valuable resource for both new and seasoned investors.
Omer graduated from Southern Illinois University with a concentration in Finance. Early in his career, he served as Vice President of Marketing for ADP, the world’s largest payroll processing firm. He later acquired MISCO, Florida’s oldest computer service company specializing in payroll systems. After purchasing MISCO, he successfully acquired and sold six additional computer service firms.
His entrepreneurial track record and deep expertise make him a respected voice in both real estate and business development circles.
